"The only down side I did not like was that there was no fridge in the room."

"The hotel is definitely older, (older carpets/decor and tile), the rooms need an update (new carpets/furniture), the bedding, bed, towels and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was included, we were there for several days and it is the same meal plan every day ( hard boiled eggs, toast/bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles). The coffee was decent which is important!! The staff were nice and helpful but may not have the best communication for needs from shift to shift. We had extended our stay and ended up speaking with several staff over the days which was confusing as one said it was no problem, two informed us we had no room to stay in which ultimately turned out we did which was very frustrating. Otherwise they were pleasant. There is a very strong odor of pool chemicals when arriving in the lobby."

"The property is fairly large and the kitchen looks nice, but overall the experience fell short due to poor preparation, lack of basic amenities, and safety concerns.The biggest issue was security. The front door did not have a proper lock, and our toddler was able to open it easily. For a waterfront property, this is a serious safety risk. The back door also had a gap leading to the deck where my child got his ankle caught—another clear hazard.Inside, basic essentials were missing—no kitchen towels, no paper towels, and no boxed Kleenex. The water cooler was empty and we were expected to refill it ourselves, which is unreasonable for a short stay. There were also no bath mats available (we later found them unwashed in the washing machine), so we had to use towels on the floor. The BBQ was not available, which wasn’t clearly communicated.The outside of the property was also a mess. It may have been off-season, but it looked like garbage was scattered around, and the area was not usable at all. We didn’t use the outdoor space during our stay because of this.Overall, the property looks better than it functions. It lacks basic standards and attention to detail, and the safety issues are concerning. would not stay here again. Families with young children should be cautious given the safety concerns."
