Situated on the crest of the hill the house offers stunning uninterrupted panoramic sea views from its large window and sliding doors which opens up to an extensive deck area. 41 Seaview is equipped to luxury 5 star rental standards and offers all the amenities plus the small extra touches that you could wish for, for the perfect holiday escape to the sea. 41 Seaview is finished to a high specification complete with designer kitchen and underfloor heating throughout. The commanding location of the house overlooking Talland Bay is the ideal spot to watch the boats sail by, relax and unwind while watching the sun set across the Bay.
The onsite gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor plunge pool will keep you fully entertained during your holiday at The Bay Talland.

House 41 Talland Bay

This luxury property is immaculately presented and maintained with superb ocean views and is very well equipped. The living space is open plan and spacious but still feels homely and comfortable. Talland Bay is a great base to explore Cornwall. The welcome gift of scones and fresh clotted cream with strawberry jam was a lovely idea! We would definitely recommend this beautiful property!

What a lovely place this is! The views are incredible!! The property is beautifully done and well looked after. Staff were extremely helpful. We didn’t want to leave!!
