The bedrooms are comfortably located on the ground floor with doors opening from the King bedroom en suite and hallway out to the private courtyard with sunken hot tub and further seating area.

The house is designed to offer every home comfort, with a contemporary feel that sits in harmony with its origin. A comfortable large L shape sofa is ideal for entertaining and watching the sunset from, as well as providing the perfect space to relax on after a long day at the beach. Each room is tastefully decorated and exudes colour with interest from local artwork. The property has everything you need including a large flat screen TV, DVD, Wii games console, WiFi, wireless music speakers, a good range of children’s toys for both indoor and outdoor play as well as kites, buckets and spades, body boards etc for those trips to the beach just a short walk away. Or simply soak up the atmosphere in the sunken hot tub and relax, a great start to any holiday!
