Not servicing the rooms should have been communicated in advance of booking, not when you arrived to the facility! We could not even get a fresh towels nor trash is collected. Sands Ocean Club Resort
When we first got there they put us in a room that was not what we agreed to on Expedia. The rooms are out of dated most of the room leaves more to be desired. With outdated furniture and appliances. A lot of abandoned vehicles are left in the garage which leads to minimum room for guest to park. ...
