He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. A big thumbs up to him for a job well done. I will definitely recommend Genting Hotel Resort World Birmingham to my friends and fellow travellers. "

"Had a great stay at this property, check in was quick, the room was clean and very modern. Great bar restaurant, very lively and entertaining. It was a Friday night, so there was a lot of activity going on. Nice mix of age groups, families, and Singles. A great place to stay."
