"Check-in was simple and receptionist was on site to answer additional questions. Walking across street to beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The only challenge i have had was i left a dress behind and haven't heard back about getting it, more on me though."

"Would stay again. Great condo!"

"Super convenient to the Beach Perfect couple spot I will say this, acoustic privacy is minimal. When we arrived my GF need to use the bathroom, I heard a mans voice and it sounded like he was in the bathroom with her. It was the adjoining unit. There's a connected door. All the conversations from over there fell like they were in our unit Steve C"

"The location of the condo is 10 out of 10. The views and beach access cannot be beat. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the small but functional kitchen. We even found some beach supplies and an umbrella in the closet! This is a very great space and location. We will be back!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a perfect location and accommodations to jumpstart the summer: bayside; tranquil; accessible to all beach and LBK amenities! Please update picture to indicate that there is no access to grounds from lanai."

"Great location! Beach steps away. Relaxing pool. Clean unit"

"The view it's a 100/10 that's basically what you paid but the place it's old, dirty, and needs maintenance. The AC doesn't work properly, the thermostat showed 72 degrees but was hotter so it means that the machine froze. The TV remote does not have batteries. The shower curtain it's beyond dirty, it's disgusting. The bedroom doesn't have curtains so the sun will wake you up as soon as it rises. Now the view it's beautiful, the location it's perfect. They provide you with beach essentials like...

"Beach was perfect!"

It's really a converted studio with walls built around the bed, leaving a cramped living room and tiny kitchen with almost no ventilation. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The toilet had mold in the bowl, the floors were covered in sand and dirt, and there was even sand in the couch, which was already extremely uncomfortable. The...

"Only issue is that the towels were stained but everything else was amazing. Thank you very much for a memorable stay."
