The cabana was a fantastic place to escape. It had easy access to both the beach and the pool. My kids loved every moment there.

All you need - and nothing else...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for couples (or singles) that don't plan to spend their time cooking. It's a fine place to sleep,shower and change clothes between watching sunrises from the beach, fishing from the beach, napping/sunning at the beach, getting in the pool, experiencing the food and shopping on the Key, and going back to the beach to watch the sunset....

The pool was disgusting, dirt and debris on the bottom and top so that was disappointing, while watching TV and sleeping a person actually opened up our porch door then the main door and just walked in and said they had booked the same room and had keys, what kind of place does not keep track of that and I'm not sure what the person was thinking the TV was on and it was up a little so I know they heard it from the outside but to get back to that place for allowing that to happen. He's lucky I didn't have my firearm with me. It would not have ended as good as it did. I did not recommend this place they will ruin your vacation .

Really great family getaway

We will be back. Wonderful Property with comfort and fun amenities. It was perfect, even though the hurricanes had left the property with clean up and maintenance. Great property manager!

Lovely Long Boat Key

We had a fantastic stay at the Cabana Beach Club Long Boat Key Florida. Beach front. Beautiful empty beach. Excellent location. Definitely returning!

We liked the property and the location. We were not expecting to have a mini fridge. The mini fridge limited what we could keep in the room. The beach was quiet. Still lots of devastation from the hurricane. We visited shops and some had been open just a couple of months. We did enjoy our trip. If you visit this area try to support these shops and businesses.

Lovely place

I loved being at the Cabana Beach club....it was just me and it was absolutely perfect. A very short walk to the beach and only a .5 mile walk to Harry's corner store for necessities. The unit was very nice and very clean. The ceiling fans could use a dusting but truly, it was a lovely place to stay.

Perfect beachfront getaway!

We loved this unit & all it had to offer. Only downside was lack of a king size bed being that we are taller people. Otherwise, the location & amenities were perfect! Everything was included even beachfront loungers, beach umbrellas, & beach towels. I would definitely stay here again & rent a larger unit with my family.

Good place for 2

This place was exactly how it was described. I don’t know how 4 people would stay there. It is small, but was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoy eating out so a big kitchen wasn’t necessary for us. Great location close to the beach. Very clean and location on Longboat was great! It was a quiet spot for us to relax. Definitely recommend!!

Great 4th!

Check in was so easy! Just pick up keys and go. The condo as a little smaller than I expected, but it worked wonderfully. There were three of us for a long weekend. The condo was very clean. We loved the closeness to the pool and beach. The beach area was clean and quiet. We actually had a manatee swim right up to us! We were able to go to local restaurants and shops. The only suggestion I would make is to have a serving bowl and serving tray. When we bbqed it would have been nice to carry things to the grill in one trip. Thank you for having us! We loved the stay! I hope to stay again.

Fabulous Location; Property Needs Some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: Can’t beat the location; on the beach, screened patio, good size. RVA manager Christy very nice as well as staff; easy to work with. Negatives: Not clean, furnishings old and poor quality, terrible mattress and pillows (bring your own), no drawers in kitchen so silverware placed under sink with cleaning supplies, bathroom needs work... basically, the unit needs an overhaul and property grounds need better care. Once unit is updated, we would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE enjoyed our stay at Cabana Beach Club"We enjoyed our stay at Cabana Beach Club. We prefer smaller complexes and this was the perfect size. The condo was clean and in good condition. The unit is located next to parking lot and swimming pool. We had a family staying above us and we never heard them at all. The complex was clean and maintained nicely. Our only issue is the split unit AC is located in the bedroom, right next to the bed. The unit is noisy which makes sleeping difficult and you can't shut the bedroom door if someone is using the sofa bed because they would not get any AC.The beach is beautiful and a 1 minute walk from condo. There are some good restaurants and a little market near by and we thought the location was ideal. Overall we thought the property was great.

Easter weekend stay - 5b

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location is wonderful and quiet. The pool was in need of a cleaning and the property manager kindly let us use the much larger & nicer one next door. 5b was not a great unit. Better than a hotel but dark. Bed was very comfortable, pull out couch not so much. There is no aircon in the living area where the couch is so keeping that room cool was a challenge. The mini-split unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. Slept with earplugs. The unit was also very dark. Downstairs and outside every window was dense foliage so you had zero view. My friends stayed in 7b and it was amazing - so the property is great but your stay is very unit dependent.

Good renovation, cheap doors and BUGS

As said, the renovation was done well. Cute little place; however, there was only a thin door separating our condo from the condo next door and we could hear everything, which means they could hear everything. It made it feel less private and honestly, a little cheap. Also, there were these little bugs everywhere. Not sure exactly what they were - mites, gnats - but they were all over the sink and counter tops, they got into the food and the trash and just everything. Really unclean feeling and have never had this issue anywhere else we’ve ever stayed in Florida. The last negative was the air conditioning unit. It was so old or so broken because it made so much noise as it turned on and off. I wouldn’t normally complain about that but it was right next to the bed, which made it really difficult to sleep. Other positives, the lanai was nice and ideal location for the beach - one minute walk from the condo.
