"What an amazing place! The room was perfect--comfy bed, luxurious bedding and great amenities. As a guest, you have full access to the living room, dining room and outdoor areas--which includes a fire pit and sauna. Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced products--many from the property itself--including edible flowers. The host was friendly, welcoming, and just a delightful person. And so very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"This property was AMAZING for my first summer getaway with two kiddos (8 & 10) and our bulldog. The very first night we quickly agreed we needed to stay here every year! The house is the PERFECT combination of charming 1800s peppered with modern updates. And TERRIFIC water pressure in all three showers! A true gem - clean AND comfortable (especially the bedding!), and the host was attentive to our every question along the way. Great proximity to all the sites - Ramunto’s for a delicious pizza and salad dinner, Woodstock Farmer’s Market for egg sandwiches at breakfast, Gillingham’s for collectibles and Woodstock maple syrup, and swimming in the Ottauquechee River at multiple locations under the iconic covered bridges. The fire pit was a bonus for s’mores under the stars! “Look mom - the Big Dipper!” We also enjoyed gaming tournaments in our very own arcade as well as spreading out for sessions of catch in the large yard! I don’t know who had the better time - me, the kids, or our dog!"

"We had the most amazing time at the cabin. Open layout with modern design, and a very warm and welcoming home feel. The cabin had everything we needed for our week stay. We appreciated the space in the kitchen for our pantry items, as well as the vanity space in the bathroom for all of our toiletries, and the closet and dresser space in all of the bedrooms. Having this space made it feel more like home rather than living out of a suitcase. Our 3 boys enjoyed the sprawling yard and played wiffle ball each day, using pieces of firewood as their bases, and they thoroughly enjoyed spending time down by the brook, skipping rocks, fishing and just hanging out in nature. We saw some wild turkeys down by the brook. The backyard patio area was a fave spot for us later in the day and evenings, spending time under the string lights at the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub. And the stars at night!!! OmgThe property details are exactly as described in the listing. The hosts have really thought of everything and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you Artemis and Brian for your gracious hospitality. A few of our fave spots in the area: Killington Mt adventure park, Woodstock village, tubing on Whjte River, Quechee gorge, dinner at Ransom Tavern in Kendron Falls Inn, Worthy Kitchen, Long Trail brewery, King Arthur bakery and shop, Sugarbush Farm, Robinson family farm stand, Billings farm."

"We had a wonderful long weekend at the Log Cabin! There were 14 of us and two dogs, and the place comfortably accommodated everyone. We had perfect weather and loved the convenient location. We enjoyed Thundering Brook Falls Trail, Long Trail Brewery, Woodstock Village, and even found a great recreation park where the kids could play and swim for a couple of hours.The outdoor space is gorgeous, with a large, comfortable patio table that was perfect for gathering together. The hot tub was also a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the crisp Vermont evening air.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. We would definitely recommend the Log Cabin for a relaxing Vermont getaway!"
