"The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised. The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout. Great powerful shower too. The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly. It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating. Would definitely recommend this...

"Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! "

"Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Moderne helle Küche. Kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Grill. Wohnzimmer mit 3 Sofas unten. Wir konnten sogar unsere 5 Freunde empfangen. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer oben und ein Bad mit Dusche. Für Hunde wurde auch Futter bereitgestellt. Wir wurden mit frischer Milch und Müsli empfangen. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Haustür vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hätte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr gerne buchen wir das Cottage wieder."

"Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a lovely setting. Warm welcome from our hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Moat house pub serving good food within a few minutes walk was a definite bonus. Nice location for visiting Stratford upon Avon and lots of attractions around the area. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a great time at this property with my husband, sister, our 2 teenager children and our Schnoodle dog. We loved the excellent location, comfortable beds, having two full bathrooms (lovely showers, no baths) and tasteful decoration. We were able to enjoy the patio, and used the table there as our main table for all meals. Open plan living-area and kitchen is gorgeous - just notice that when the very comfortable sofa bed is open (my son slept there), there is no space for the dining table to...

"The property is perfect for staying. Large space compare to the price, Worm inside, Wide kitchen, everything is good. But otherwise WiFi signal is kind of weak so it's small minus point. Since they are not stated "WiFi" on the ammenities, may be most of customers expect strong WiFi during their stays."
