"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

"The staff, breakfast and the outdoor pool was great! However, location is perfect. Love it!!"

"Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here!"

"All the staff were brilliant especially Cindy"

"Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider ist heißes Wasser beim Duschen keine Glückssache, sondern schlichtweg nicht vorhanden. Das Personal ist fantastisch, das Frühstück super. Leider sind die Zimmertüren so dünn, dass man alles auf dem Flur hört. Hanoi ist eine laute Stadt. Da sind nicht schallisolierte Fenster ungünstig. "Very friendly"

"This place is fantastic. Great location, incredible staff, comfortable rooms and a beautiful rooftop pool. I will stay here again."

"Amazing and great staff"

"I enjoyed my stay in the Hanoi Royal premium hotel. Is right in the middle of everything. You’re only about two blocks from the church."

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"Everything was perfect 🤩. I strongly recommend this hotel ❤️"

"Very clean, great food and excellent service provided by all the staffs. Inside the hotel, everything is perfect. But once you step out the hotel, you immediately feel walking into the different world. Dirty, narrow streets occupied by lots of shady houses and small businesses shops. You will probably woke up very early morning by the loud talking from the streets. You probably will hear some old guys singing off key. Now I understand why the hotel provide guests with earplugs. We booked the...

"This hotel is in the heart of Old Quarters. Great location and very convenient for the tour to pick up. Staffs are very helpful. Room is very clean. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended."
