"Super impressed with this hotel and our stay in general. Location is great - only a few moments walk from the westgate shopping centre, room was clean and the air con kept us cool all night. The service was really outstanding. My husband mentioned in conversation that it was a birthday treat and within 30 mins we had prosecco, balloons, a handwritten card and a lovely gift delivered to our room, which was such a kind and thoughful gesture! "This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful place, with really friendly staff and everything you may need for a getaway or a celebration. Air conditioning in the room was perfect. The only con I’d mention about the room is dirty windows. Peacocks can be a bit loud but do add to the vibe"
