"Location is great, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel only gave me 2 days notice that there were renovations going on during our stay which took away the hotel restaurant etc… they clearly knew this was planned prior to us booking and only waited until 2 days prior to check in to avoid us cancelling the hotel. Very poor especially as we paid a full price for for a hotel under construction"

"All the front desk staff were super helpful and kind, even when I had issues with my room key. My second time staying here and both times the rooms have been super spacious and clean, both in the two bed and one bed rooms. Great location and will be staying again!"

"Great spot , very clean and nice staff. Only dislike was the food at breakfast that was included. Both my fiancé and I didn’t enjoy it at all. Service was terrible slowly however it was recognized by a server and they apologized which was appreciated. Over all the stay was nice"

"Great central location. The lobby is beautiful. Rooms are simple and clean, great shower pressure which is rare in the city for a hotel. There’s a champagne vending machine in the lobby. You get a $35 voucher for the bar, which…. Is very smart on their end. Although two drinks will cost you around $65, as there is a mandatory gratuity of 18% and then the tax on the drinks. I would stay here again and just skip the bar. Walking distance to radio city music hall if you’re here for a concert. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby."

"The hotel was expensive for the facilities, expected a coffee machine in the room. Very expensive in the restaurants. One was being refurbished! Avoid the underground, very hot and smelly."
