"Wonderful Stay – Like Visiting Family in the Heart of NYC! We had such an amazing stay at Hotel St. James! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and so much fun to talk to. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everyone we met was kind, warm, and made us feel like part of the family. Whether we needed directions, recommendations, or just a good conversation after a long day, they were always there with a smile. Their hospitality made our NYC trip even more special. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and perfectly located—just steps from Times Square but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect spot for our family to unwind after exploring the city. "We had a fantastic one night stay here after a concert at MSG. It was a short walk back to the hotel, my daughter and I felt very safe even though the concert ended at midnight. We will definitely stay here again. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. It’s a small dining room so go early. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly and was constantly refreshing everything. Overall stay was 5/5"
