"The location is great! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was functioning correctly, with the exception of keeping the water temperature regulated in the shower. Also, the elevators are slow! Otherwise, it's a great place ... and we would stay there again."

"The hotel is in a fantastic area to walk everywhere or take the subway. Staff were awesome as well. The rooms need updated hence 4 stars on property section. No issues or concerns while there. "Well for New York City , this is a excellent property, the rooms are clean , and the costumer service is great, the manager was always very helpful as well as the staff , the Italian restaurant connected to the property was ok , not great food could be better , but overall the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating I recommend this property 👌"
