"The hotel staff was rude and not helpful . Never saw anyone at the concierge stand. Our room was clean but tired and had nothing. No water ~ not make up wipes ~ no tissues or other bathroom amenities. You could see the light coming all around the door. We were charged a facility fee of $40 and when we asked they said it was for resort amenities. They have a terrace but no furniture so it was useless. The restaurant on the main level was used as storage . With all the other options in NYC I would...

"Great place to stay in location that's easily accessible on foot to NoMad, Chelsea, the Village, SoHo and other great downtown areas. Nice vibe, beautiful lobby bar and a Stumptown Coffee location off the lobby. Really enjoyed by weekend here."
