"Great location, but rooms are very tired, especially the bathrooms. The air conditioning did work, but was like having a freight train in the room - even with earplugs in it was distractingly loud. Didn't eat breakfast in the Murals restaurant, but the attached Randolph's Bar was a cool spot to have a beer. Overall, you couldn't beat the location, but the hotel needs a major renovation. I would probably choose a more modern hotel for future visits to Manhattan."

"The kitchen kit need to be upgrade , you have almost nothing .......realy not easy to do something when you dont have even just a spatula, a nomal knife and a plastic bord to cut your stuf 😅"
