"The front desk staff are very friendly, rooms have great views! The only complaint I have is regarding the restaurant staff, two days my family went for breakfast, service was terrible, it feels like the waitresses don’t want to be there at all."

"I think this hotel is primarily fantastic because of its location. A massive multi subway station was just outside the door, and it's located next to an incredibly great rooftop bar and just a few blocks down from Time Square and one block off of the Empire State bldg. Plus it's relatively right in the middle of the city so you can go any direction you would like. This particular block of 6th Avenue next to it is also often used for street fairs and weekend activities, extending up a few blocks to Bryant Park. There's a small quaint open park diagonally from the hotel, and the hotel seemed nice in and of itself. The only one negative is the exercise room is lacking."
