The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed and informed about everything the hotel had to offer. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, plush towels, and the amazing view from my window. The amenities were top-notch: the pool area was clean and relaxing, the on-site restaurant served delicious food with great variety, and the breakfast buffet was generous and fresh each morning. "This place has certainly gone down hill like a horror movie from the 70s scene dated furniture blood on curtain splatters from misquote swatting along with greece stains the bathroom had rusty facutes with missing cover plates oxidation on the door handles bathroom mixed matched tiles. Great location but this place needs a serious overall bottom line.For a big property like this it should have more amenities such as a pool and decent restaurant "
