"After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

"We arrived the first night and didn’t you no where to go due to there being no sign on the property. The gate had a lock on it and a beware of dog sign on it, so we had to go pay to stay somewhere else the first night. When we asked the for owner for compensation she told us to go through Expedia and she wasn’t wiling to do anything. "Based on what was said they provided: Toiletries- none, a bar of pink soap Breakfast- Eggs and toast. If you want something else (from the "restaurant") you have to order it the night before. No one informed us of this. Restaurant on premises- No, they will only provide you food from the restaurant if you order it one day prior & again, no one informs you of this. It's one choice and if you didn't order a day ahead they will not provide you the meal even though you are a paying customer. Room...
