We were only here one night on our way to France. A pleasant hotel room and friendly staff on the desk. We tried to book a night for our return trip one week later but were told the hotel would no longer be open .

Fine but nothing to rave about

Reception area seems smarter than rest of hotel. Our standard room was very small and tired looking. Comfy bed, good shower, wash hand basin was blocked but quickly fixed. Breakfast was standard buffet style and perfectly fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. We chose hotel for convenience to Euston Station but wouldn’t choose location otherwise

Nobody told us the hotel was closing on the day of check out until we asked if we could have a late check out. This was obviously refused and we had to spend a lot of money on a taxi and left luggage at euston station.

Room very small especially to sit and dry hair. Bathroom tiny. Only one night stay which is ideal for this purpose. Very clean and food and bar open late breakfast selection excellent and well worth the money. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty and run down

The tile in the bathroom had mold in all of the grout and was cracked. The sink did not drain. The shower tiles were rusted. The bathroom door itself looked 100 years old and falling apart. The TV didn't work. The floor creak like you're going to fall through. My keycard stopped working the 2nd night.

Abgewohntes Hotel

Wir waren für 4 Tage bzw. 3 Nächte in dem Hotel. Es war sehr abgewohnt, nur die Lobby, die Bar und Das Restaurant waren restauriert. Was mich sehr störte für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, es gab keine Mini Bar. Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, konnte nach drei Tagen kein Rührei und Spiegelei mehr sehen. Aber es war für 12 Pfund ok. Das Hotel soll mittlerweile von der Regierung aufgekauft worden sein, es wird abgerissen weill dort und auf dem Grundstück von IBIS Hotel etwas anderes gebaut werden soll.

Our room was located farthest from the lift so the wifi is a bit slower, but the front desk staff has more than compensated for it for their friendly and professional manner. allowed us to have late check-out till 17:30 as our flight is at 22:00. Sad to have found out Thistle Euston Hotel will be torn down soon.

ユーストン駅利用の際にぴったり

翌朝、早朝出発だったのでユーストン駅近くのこちらの宿を選びました。駅からは近いのですが、人通りが少ない道なのでちょっぴり心細かった。清潔な部屋は広く、バスタブ付きのバスルームも明るく使いやすかった。スタッフもフレンドリーでとてもよかった。またユーストン駅を起点にするときはぜひ利用したい。

The walls in the rooms are paper thin. The room was very clean. However if you prefer face cloths for bathing, you better take your own. Food in the bar is not that great but the breakfast is. Front desk staff very nonchalant.

Overnight stay at thistle

It was great, check in was easy, rooms clean. Flew in on a red eye from NYC stayed overnight to catch the first train to Paris, thistle made the transition easy.

Courteous staff, tired hotel

Good spot for Euston Station. OK room but lifts to small to support occupancy level and general decor v tired. Staff were courteous and helpful though.
