Bed comfortable. Location is ideal for access to train, underground, and dining! If you stay in London and are flying out of Heathrow, do not bother with a rental, you will not need it! They also charge by the day to have it there!

So just walked with our cases, the people on reception were very nice , our room was a double with a shower and toilet , it was smaller than I was expecting and due to the very hot weather the room was very hot , it had a fan and we asked for another fan which we got no problem and it did help a lot ,

Wonderful staff. Was upgraded to the 4 star portion of the hotel (vs 3 star room) by the staff (because it was a heat wave and no air conditioner available in the room we booked) so review is for their sister property. The hotel has both 3 star and 4 star wings/rooms and I would definitely recommend booking the 4 star rooms over the 3 star rooms (there’s a huge difference). The 4 star rooms are newly renovated, modern and clean. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location right by Eurostar terminal for our early departure. Highly recommend their 4 star sister property (the suites).

We had an amazing stay! The room was lovely and it was just around the corner from king’s cross - which made getting around London super easy. It’s the perfect area too as it has lots of restaurants/pubs/places to eat around it, all within walking distance. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed here longer.
