The bed is the worst thing I have ever slept on. Cardboard would have been better. Aside from th fact we got very little sleep the location is perfect. Lots of great food close by. But I'd never stay there again because of the bed.

Great location and decent property. As a family of five we had the top floor room, one main bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living area inc. a kitchen. All appliances worked well but wifi was intermittent. We requested a wifi boaster/ dongle and the quick response was impressive in sorting out our issue. One bathroom which is good and practical. Overall a bit of a squeeze with a young family of five but the younger ones ‘enjoyed’ counting the 87 stairs to the penthouse! Location for Kings Road and surrounding amenities cannot be beaten. Short walk to Knightsbridge (History and science museum). Royal Hospital and Army museum short distance and can easily walk to the new Battersea Power Station.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Location was incredible and the main reason we will return. Property is in good condition, nothing above and beyond but certainly a comfortable room. Lovely to have a small kitchenette as well. This property to us was all about being in Chelsea right off Kings Rd.

Good value family Accomodation great location

Lovely location. Very clean accommodation. Helpfully allowed me to leave luggage early and after departure. Some wear and tear but overall good quality accommodation. Good value quality ratio for London. Be aware that the bathroom is en-suite so people sleeping on sofas have to go through bedroom to get there.

Very comfortable and clean apartments. There were a few maintenance issues that have been overlooked, the oven didn't work and the extractor fan. Other than that, a very pleasent stay.

We stayed in an apartment in the basement (family of 4). It was clean and spacious, great for a family (couch, dining table, small kitchen). The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Chelsea neighborhood. So many places to eat and shop. Very safe and walkable. My only complaint is the bed in bedroom was the most rock hard and uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The cots provided were comfortable though.

This was an amazing find for our family of four. The communication from the property was perfect, the location was close to the tube and shopping and the apartment was amazing. The hideabed was very comfortable as was the bed. The apartment was beautifully decorated with all the accessories you could want. We shopped for groceries at Partridges, and then at Waitrose by Harrod's, it was much more economical to walk from there. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

I had stayed at the property before but in another flat. The one I stayed in this time was not properly cleaned/ dusty - there was missing bathroom tiles, the shower drain was broken, water damage to the floor around the kitchen, the bed sheets were spotty. Great location, but the property was awful.

The Apartments at Chelsea were in an awesome location, on a quiet residential street. We felt very safe in the entire area surrounding it. The Sloane Square Station was a quick 5 minute walk. Dining, shopping, and a grocery store all within a quick walk too. The actual apartment was very well “loved” and a little tired. However, it had all the amenities we needed and was in such a good location, we weren’t bothered by it. The queen bed mattress is very much in need of being replaced. These apartments do not have an elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up the stairs-we were on the 4th floor! We would definitely stay here again. We loved the area.

Very small and low pressure shower. Booked a 2 bed, one of the bed was a sofa bed which wouldn’t be an issue if it would have opened fully. The master bed was in the way making it impossible to open the sofa bed fully.

The internet on this property did not work and the property once we arrived did not answer a single message The amount of necessities such as toilet paper they gave us for our stay were not enough. While the place was clean, there were lights that didn't work a piece of the floor that was broken. Overall it was a terrible experience from start to finish.

The apartment was not good. The carpet in the apartment was so dirty that I didn´t want to walk barefooted. The toilet light was turning on some fan that was rumbling all the time, the shower was extremely hard to fix to desired warmth of the water so I have showered with the hot water. The windows are so old it´s noisy as they have not existed at all on the walls. There was no curtains at all so you can see everything from outside. I could not find a key box as it was hidden behind the extra door. Kitchen was nice and new there was all that you could need and the bed was really nice but I was afraid what would I have found if I had moved the sheets... The couch was terrible, so dirty that I didn´t want to leave my stuff on the couch and not even sit on it. Location of the apartment is amazing in case you have business ongoing in that area but not if you are looking to visit the city center as the bus lines are not working according to the schedule. Will not come back again to the same place.

Good but…

Communication details before arrival were good. Property itself was clean and today. And on the whole was a good place to stay for our family trip into London. However, i had booked for 3 adults - and the ad said one king and one queen. However on arrival only one king and a sofa bed - not made up. Rather than make a fuss and as we were in a hurry to explore we decided we’d make it up on our return as we found some bedding in the cupboard. However on making it up the fitted sheet that had been left was for a single bed and therefore would not fit. The duvet and pillows for this bed were also very thin. I did msg the property but never heard anything back.

The small apartment is fine for a couple. It's practical and located in a good spot. Gaining access is a bit complicated (lots of codes at first), but once you have the key, it's okay. If there are more than two of you, know that the sofa bed is not comfortable. The mattress is thin, and there's a horizontal bar that pokes out. Sleep is practically impossible. The bathroom is fine, though there's no outlet where you can plug in a hair dryer. There's also no light switch for the bathroom, so don't drive yourself crazy looking for it. It shuts off after you leave, though sometimes not for a while. We cut our stay after one night and booked a proper hotel. The change was worth every penny.

We paid for the superior apartment and simply didn’t get it. Booked 8 months in advance. Communicated multiple times before the stay with property and they never mentioned that our apartment would already be booked by someone else. They instructed us to go into apartment “6” and when we walked in the apartment was filthy. So filthy that we thought someone else was already in there. Beds unmade. Sheets dirty. Crumbs on the floor. Bathroom messy with hair everywhere. Property manager showed up the next day to “resolve the issue” but didn’t have a clue as to what we were talking about. It seems like dishonesty about booking availability might be trend with this property. Read the other reviews. If you have time to cancel, just book somewhere else. Awesome neighborhood though! Best of luck.

Last 2 nights of holiday in Europe.

We spent 2 nights in London. Better instructions needed for check in , we arrived at the same time as others and we all didn't realize there was an outer and inner door to each unit. The lock box is inside the first door. Apartment was small which was fine but some amenities listed were missing, no coffee maker and no toaster oven. The carpet was in rough shape with lots of stains, it also wasn't vacuumed very well. The kitchen didn't have any oven mitts or a cloth/sponge for washing dishes. Just a dirty sponge under the counter which I didn't use. Only clock in the apartment didn't work. Tv had no channels. Limited toiletries for 3 people. Liked that laundry facilities were available. Some coat hooks inside the door would have come in handy. Most apartments we've rented on holiday come with bottled water. The lady doing the laundry was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of many attractions.
