Amazing Stay!
My family and I had a great stay during the last leg of our London trip. Ed was very communicative throughout our stay and everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for your stay in London.

Comfortable and great location
The apartment was comfortable and had a lift to get to the top! Edmund was helpful and responsive and his sister met us at the apartment to give us the keys. Loved the large bed and it was quiet at night.

Lovely stay!
We truly loved our stay at the apartment. Ed and his sister were welcoming and gracious hosts and were very communicative as we arrived for our stay. The apartment was in a quieter area of London, but we actually appreciated that and it was extremely conveniently located just a four minute walk from a tube station (Pimlico). We absolutely would stay here again. The apartment was plenty big enough for two people and was beautifully updated and nicely decorated.

Westminister Apt
Very nice stay in Westminister apt. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds. Within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and other London landmarks. The apt is clean and well maintained. The host is always available to answer questions. There is an excellent Indian restaurant at the end of the block. Will definitely return.

A Perfect Place
A short walk from the hustle & bustle around Parliament, this flat is located on a serene, tree-lined residential street and is very comfortable and well appointed. The Appliances and fixtures are modern and in excellent working condition, and the terrace is perfect for a cup of tea in the morning and refreshments after a busy day. Ed, the host, responds quickly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. I’d stay here again!

The most accurate definition of this apartment is, just perfect, great light, perfect living space accurately represented in the photos, the location is close to all the great things London has to offer, and is such a nice neighborhoods, beautiful place I will book every time we visit london for sure.

Wonderful
A wonderful location on a quiet street, just a quick walk to several subway stations, and a 10 min walk to Big Ben. But even better is the communication and care from Ed. He not only immediately and patiently answered any questions we had on the apartment, places in the neighborhood, or travel options back to the airport, but also anticipated potential future travel issues for us. He took the extra time to meet us at the property to give us the keys and answer any questions on the property. The apartment is set up well and the balcony is a great place to sit and relax at the end of the day. This will be our first choice for all future London trips.

A little gem …
My husband, teenage granddaughter and I stayed 5 days at this apartment. It is nicely appointed and comfortable. Very centrally located to the tube and easy to walk to some of the attractions. Ed and his mom Karin were very welcoming and accommodating. We 100% recommend it!

Outstanding Location and Apartment
Ed and Tom set us up for a great stay in Westminster. The apartment was extremely clean and had all amenities that we needed (eg washing machine, stove, oven, water boiler etc). You cannot beat the location. Extremely easy walking distance from most of London’s major attractions and a large number of restaurants. Thanks Ed and Tom. Should we make it back to London, I would try to stay in this awesome apartment.

Great little apartment
We enjoyed our stay, and the apartment is as advertised. Ed was nice, and super helpful in getting us settled in. The neighborhood is quiet, and very walkable. We were in London 10 days; the proximity to the tube and grocery stores etc., made a car unnecessary. Thanks very much Ed.

Very nice stay. Owner is very responsive. Location is great. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs. Washer is fine; dryer not so good but owner has a heated drying rack that worked well so clothes were dry by morning.

Great Flat. Great Location
This was PERFECT for us. It's a great flat in a really good location. Nicely equipped. Ready with all the little things that make it convenient (laundry soap, toilet paper, salt and spices, TEA, etc. etc.). No need to go out and stock up on basics for a bare flat. Plenty of room and nice balcony. Ed was VERY easy to deal with and checked in to make certain everything was OK. My only criticism was a bit of a lack of cleanliness (crumbs in the sofa, dirty throw blanket for instance). Not serious, and it may have been caused by Ed trying so hard to get the place ready for us as we arrived very early in the day after an overnight flight from the US. Nevertheless, we were REALLY REALLY pleased we rented this flat, and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Novice London Tourists
Great location on a quiet street for getting around during our maiden touristy stay in London. I specifically sought out a place with an elevator and a balcony, having learned the hard way that elevators aren't as common in Europe as they are in the U.S. (we're in our mid-late 60s). Bed was comfortable, though the living room couch could be more so. The oven could use a cleaning and the dryer wasn't real effective, but everything else was good. We were happy to be settled in one place for a week after an all-consuming inn-to-inn hike in Wales.

Absolutely perfect!
You will not find a better location, if you’re sightseeing in London or have business in Westminster. It’s a short walk to many major attractions (Westminster Abbey, Parliament, walking tours, etc.) or the tube stations to get to places further out (Tower of London, London Bridge) or the National Train to get to places like Hampton Court. The property was exactly as described/shown. The apartment was light and bright. It was perfect for my husband and me. We loved the neighborhood and the local restaurants. Edmund was an excellent host—the best we’ve come across. He was very responsive to any questions we had and make us feel welcome. He gave us a bottle of champagne—a really nice touch. We arrived early afternoon and Edmund was very accommodating by letting us check into the apartment early, which we appreciated so very much. If we’re back in London, we will book this property again and will definitely recommend it to other couples. Thank you, Edmund!

Great location
We used Ed's place as our landing pad for sleeping. It was nice to have our own place. The US king size bed was comfortable and my friend and I ended up sharing it as the sofa bed was less comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and includes a washer/dryer combo which was helpful. There are umbrellas on site which we didn't use, but are a nice touch.

We had a great stay in the flat. The location is excellent and it's a short walk to places like Westminster Abbey. There are plenty of good pubs and restaurants in the area and grocery shopping is right nearby. The bed is very comfortable and a place with a king bed and a TV in the bedroom is a rare find. The kitchen is super well-equipped and there is plenty of room to hang out after a long day seeing the sites. The host was super accessible and accommodating and there were nice touches like fresh flowers to greet guests. We want to come back!

Lovely flat in a great London neighborhood!
We enjoyed our stay in this flat! Though we didn’t get to enjoy the “sunny porch” (because it was cloudy and cold throughout our short January stay) we loved the view of the surround (especially the small park across the street) from the windows. Ed was easy to communicate with and very responsive!
