Triple booked

Only found out when we got off the train that they gave the rental to someone else. They said that they had another for us but then sent us to one that was occupied again. My kids were standing outside at 10:00 pm and finally they sent us to a third place that was nice, bigger but is not in the best shape. No instructions, no details. Thankfully we had a place to stay but am not happy with the experience.

Do NOT book this property!!Arrived at property, claimed problem with flat and transferred me to a less desirable flat and location.Host Adel and colleague Elda- did not return messages/call nor reimburse Uber as they claimed. Really disappointed!
