This fourth-floor flat features three spacious double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for relaxation and equipped with comfortable double beds. Guests will appreciate the convenience of three bathrooms, two with baths and wall-mounted showers, and one featuring a walk-in shower. The open-plan living and dining area is a bright and inviting space that boasts a comfortable grey sectional sofa adorned with vibrant mustard-yellow and deep-blue accent pillows, creating a cheerful pop of colour. The plush blue armchair adds an additional cozy seating option, while the minimalist design, complete with a marble-effect oval coffee table and abstract art pieces, enhances the contemporary aesthetic. There is an inviting, outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a busy day. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and glossy white cabinetry, complemented by soft under-cabinet lighting, making it both stylish and functional.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire fourth-floor flat during their stay. The building is equipped with a lift for your convenience, which was newly installed in January 2020.

* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
