The Hyde Park location was excellent for our family, we were a few blocks from Paddington station, so it was very easy to get around London. The front desk staff was very helpful with any needs we had during our stay.

This property is in a great location 5 minutes from Paddington station. Very clean with nice beds and a lift. There are lots of restaurants nearby and lovely walks by the canal behind Paddington station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just a heads up there is no A/C but a standing fan is in each bedroom.

Fantastic unit for family of six. Clean, updated, super easy check-in. Great location steps from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. We appreciated the free luggage storage. Only issue was that the air conditioning didn’t work great. We would book again.

My family stayed at the Native for a night recently. Pros: Very well located. Very short walk to Kensington Park and Paddington Station. Cute little lobby area. Cons: Rooms are tired, rugs are stained, furniture is in poor shape. Check-in process is a bit convoluted. Recommendation to management: Rooms need to be updated. Mismatched and worn furniture need to be refreshed. New carpets needed (particularly those that don't show stains). Location has great potential but needs some love.

It was clean, great location near Hyde park . No coffee maker unfortunately, it was hot at nights , the heater wasn’t very well controlled. Also there was no water for drinking in rooms . Overall very good .
