Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Mucked around - Room was double booked, sent to a room of far less quality, no running water, dirty, lots of broken items. No one would respond to calls or emails - staff were very abusive. eventually got the room that was booked, after their friends moved out of it. Expedia were of no help what so ever.
