Welcome to The Fitzroy Hotel by GuestReady, a charming historic property located in the heart of Central London. Just a short distance from major attractions such as Oxford Street and Regent's Park, the building offers a stylish and comfortable base for travellers who want to experience London with ease and convenience.
The Fitzroy Hotel combines classic architectural character with modern touches. All rooms are thoughtfully furnished and equipped with essential amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. Please note that, due to the building's historic layout, there is no elevator; access is only available by stairs.
This is a fully self-service stay. There is no on-site reception; check-in, guest support, and communications are handled digitally through GuestReady's app, providing a smooth and contact-free experience. All private rooms are professionally cleaned before your arrival. In-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
Guests should be aware that scent diffusers are placed in every unit, which may not be suitable for those with sensitivities. Additionally, some Deluxe Double and Standard rooms may be allocated on the basement level, depending on availability. The Economy and Premium rooms are all located on the basement level; these units offer the same level of comfort and amenities as all other room categories.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The Fitzroy is conveniently located just a short walk from Warren Street and Great Portland Street underground stations, providing effortless access to Euston and other key transport hubs. The vibrant neighborhood offers plenty to explore, with Regent’s Park nearby for a relaxing stroll and the iconic BT Tower close by. Charlotte Street, just moments away, is lined with charming cafes and restaurants, ideal for a coffee or a quick bite. Whether you're discovering local sights or traveling into central London, our location makes everything easily accessible!
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Great Portland Street, is just a 4-minutes walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.
Please note that scent diffusers are placed in the room.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
