Step into our design-led, eco-conscious apartment, ideally located near Victoria Park and some of East London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, including Broadway Market, Dalston and Shoreditch. Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds — the natural beauty of Victoria Park and Regent’s Canal alongside London’s buzzing scene of bars, restaurants, clubs, markets and theatres. This modern, spacious and secure studio blends contemporary comfort with a quirky, creative design.
The living space is full of character, with bold, eclectic décor and vibrant pops of colour throughout. A cosy green sofa invites you to relax, while curated wall art and vintage-inspired touches create a playful yet stylish atmosphere. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on the 42" flat-screen TV, complete with Netflix and live TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including essential appliances, cookware and crockery for cooking at home. A washer is also available for your convenience.
Complimentary tea and instant coffee are provided for your convenience.
The bedroom, with its double bed, Emma mattress, and high-quality linens, offers a peaceful retreat for restful nights. Thoughtful artwork and a welcoming atmosphere make this space perfect for relaxation.
The bathroom provides fresh towels, toiletries, and all the amenities you need to freshen up.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
