Please be aware that this building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the first floor, accessible via one flight of stairs. It may not be suitable for individuals who are unable to use stairs or have limited mobility.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:

1. £500 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through a STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
