Guests can enjoy having private access to the entire flat, and shared access to the communal patio.
Other things to note
PLEASE BE AWARE that our neighbours are doing some building works, so you may experience some noise disruption due to the works. However, these will be restricted to during working hours 8am-5pm.
COMMUNAL PATIO - Guests have access to this shared outdoor space, but please be aware that it is currently under maintenance.
FIREPLACE is non-functioning and purely decorative.
SMART TV only has access to internet channels such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, no terrestrial channels.
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 7 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay.
BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
