Some extra hoops to jump through to pay/return the damage deposit (international direct bank payment?!). Very helpful and responsive email service helped me do by credit card, but this was a little annoying. Carpet needs to be replaced, dirty around baseboards. Larger bed was somewhat tilted to one side, so you slid during the night. Mattresses need upgrade for a "luxury stay".
