NB! Please read all correspondence for an enjoyable, informed stay - apologies in advance if there is too much information and will meet you on arrival to guide and orientate you🙂.
Happy to accommodate early check in (extra £15 per hour to accommodate the cleaners fee or to get more hands on board.
Late check out, bag drops / pickups are free - (when possible). 😀

No smoking, candles, flammable materials vaping or hair dye use is allowed in the apartment. A smoking fine of £200 will be levied.
A towel as well as a face / makeup small towel are provided. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dishwash liquid, hand and body lotions, hairdryer, iron + board are all provided

SECURITY: ALWAYS MAKE SURE GARDEN DOOR IS LOCKED IN 2 PLACES on both entry and exit, also to prevent beautiful BheLs (cat) from escaping.

A set of keys and door code will be provided for you to keep during your stay.

Guest access
IMPORTANT - this is NOT a self check in property.
I love to meet all my guests on arrival, orientate, show you around and hand over the keys (unless notified otherwise).
I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE 2HRS NOTICE BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL - this is because I work, in meetings or out the property and need 2 hours to get back to meet you.
Ensure phone is fully charged, backup power bank, internet etc when you get to London.
The DOOR WILL BE LOCKED and you will not have access.

Surrounded by green spaces including an outdoor gym the famous Oval Cricket Ground, Kennington and Burgess Park.
The property is a perfect balance of private space for rest and relaxation whilst also not feeling alone or isolated. You may spot BheLs (my cat) and I pottering around in the mini garden from time to time.
Property is 7 minutes from Oval Tube Station. Bus 36, 185 and 436 stop on the top of John Ruskin Street (3 minutes walk), P5 (small bus) stops outside the gate!😉

Property is also walking distance along the river to many sites like The London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament incl. Tower Bridge! see last picture of map.

Parking: FREE parking after 6:30pm but can arrange daily parking at a reduced rate of £12 per day.

During your stay
Happy to speak via the app or WhatApp in emergencies.
Always available for chats and love knowing about different cultures and the little nuances that make us unique. Also very happy to follow the lead of the guest when it comes to communication style.

Laundry - free washing machine use on site, please use your own detergent. Wash as close to 10kg as possible instead of a few items at a time. Due to noise policy, the washing machine can only be using during certain times during the day.

Cat:
Please be kind, gentle and respectful to beautiful, docile Bhels who uses the garden space from time to time. She is not allowed in the bedsit, do not feed her. She is DEAF in both ears (2 TECA-total ear canal ablation) operations, very sensitive and prone to infection - do not stroke, or wash hands before stroking.
