Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, my experience with this host was very disappointing. The host canceled my reservation on the same day I was supposed to check in without providing any notice or explanation. I only found out because I reached out to customer service after being unable to get in touch with the host. This caused significant inconvenience and stress as I had to scramble at the airport in London to find alternative accommodations last minute for our group of 5. Communication is critical, especially in these situations, and this experience fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend booking with this host. However, the VRBO contact support was amazing in helping us deal with the situation. They offered us a full refund and paid the difference
