DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked this property for a vacation for my 88 year old mother-in-law who wanted to visit London one last time (her words, not mine). The idea was to have a place where we could cook and relax together in a charming neighborhood. The problem was the day before I arrived, I was told that the apartment was not available and the only thing that could be provided were two separate studios, which precluded us from having a living room or kitchen for the FIVE days we had booked. This changed the entire vacation for us. I accepted the studios with the promise of a partial refund. Despite many, many emails, I have not received the promised refund.
