When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). Her phone said not available and couldn’t leave a message her messages were all full. She then text and said the property was not available to call and cancel it. But no response until the day of. "This was a very disappointing experience. The property was not clean, floors dirty, dishes had to be washed before using. Insufficient chairs for whole group, not enough towels, no blankets, furniture not functional, cigarette butts plentiful around all doors, landscaping beds overgrown and full of leaves, broken glass in yard, kitchen sparsely furnished, no bed linens on one bed, no extra pillows, not enough towel bars for quantity of guests. Would not use the property again."
