"There are many plusses about this apt, it is surprisingly quiet, it has storage space, there is a Saintsbury and a Waitrose two minutes away, a good kitchen with a large fridge, close to the tube, excellent communication and arrival arrangements. We have made suggestions to iron out a few hiccups such as instructions to use a very fussy TV. We would definitely go back. "

The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. Fewer decorative items would make shelving and tables more usable. Bed mattresses excellent. Utility room great for drying clothes. Overall,...

"Good place to stay, however zero communication with the owners and so essentially you’re on your own during the stay. "

"The place has great potential but sooooo many little things that we had to ask management about. Filthy mismatched furniture, no coffee pot, no basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil). Dirty mattress. Doors don’t close in 2nd bedroom, lights don’t work properly, no face towels or extra towels (4 were there). A/c was a portable unit in the bedroom, but the windows had to stay open for the vent. "This is a very well appointed and comfortable apartment. A little bit noisy sometimes during the day in the living room which faces Great Russell Street, but the bedrooms are very quiet. The bathrooms are excellent. The apartment and its location are hard to beat."
