"The apartment was perfect for us and the shower is amazing! Very clean and spacious as pictured, and the building was very secure. Staff were so welcoming and friendly — always checking that everything was okay and someone was always around. Underground, overground, and DLR were all within a 10 minute walk as well - which we loved. Excellent value for money. "

The flat inside is basic but clean and a good size. The sofa beds were all made into beds even though i was a solo traveller which was a little annoying as i wanted to relax in the evening on the sofa so had to un make the sofa bed."

"Dirty property, ignored calls, housekeeping was not done and instead was done whilst me and my other guests were at the property. Was not met by any type of host and had to wait outside for more than an hour for one of the housekeepers to come let me in. Kettle had some sort of mould inside, beds messed up as no one had cleaned up after the previous stay. Made constant phone calls again which were ignored because the property did not provide this so I had to contact Expedia to obtain it. If you...

"It's an old flat that probably cannot be rented without good renovation. Feels like a 20-year-old's first flat mostly empty. It was cold no heating on, the shower as no flow, and half the lights of dead. No wifi With a little love, it would be a great place but in its current state, I recommend avoiding it. "

"The apartment was clean and was fine for our family, however, check in was terrible. We were given wrong code for one of the entrances. One of the locals gave us the code. we were not advised that we had to pick up the keys elsewhere, it was difficult to locate the apartment. Had to go through the fire escape to access the apartment. There were no check in instructions. Paid extra for early check in but it took us 2 hours to check in after numerous of phone calls. "
