"Staff were good, friendly and attentive. The hotel had bicycles which we used to bike around the lake, a good plus for us. The evening meal at the restaurant was really good - well worth doing. Breakfast was good also."

"The Novo Hotel Rossi was a great choice for our family. Their location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. We used Verona as a hub to go to other cities but ended up loving Verona, it was our favorite city in Italy! The hotel staff was so nice and very helpful with all our requests. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious. The hotel is only 4 years old and was very modern. They offered a good breakfast with many options. We did have to take a taxi to the arena and that was a quick 5-7 min drive. Overall, this was a great property with a very friendly and helpful staff. Do not hesitate to book this property, Verona is a dream! "

"Our third stay at the wonderful Lefay Spa overlooking Lake Garda. Still cannot get used to the stunning view over the lake, it's quite something. Love this place so much, it is truly restorative for the soul and mind. Staff are quite wonderful, the Gramen Restaurant outstanding, especially as there is a tasting plant-based menu available (very rare). Our only gripe is the Limonaia restaurant where it's a struggle to find plant based dishes on the menu, plus the wine list by the glass is poor. Otherwise, superb facilities and ambience."
