"We had a wonderful stay here! It is a very caring and close-knit community. Ana, our host, was very kind and responsive. The home was the perfect size for our family. It is about a mile walk to a beautiful private beach. Be careful not to leave any cookies out or it will attract insects. Overall had an amazing time! "

Zen Penthouse with Spectacular Ocean and Nature Reserve Views for Family Retreat

Enjoyable Work Week

"We stayed at the Zen Penthouse while working around the San Juan area for a week. While it was a bit of a drive, it was great scenery so you hardly noticed the time. In our downtime, we enjoyed the local bars and restaurants that were near by, the pool right beside the ocean and I particularly enjoyed business meetings from the rooftop terrace. What a great place to enjoy the sun and the amazing view.The apartment was incredibly clean, the ac's kept us cool for a perfect night's rest, the internet was reliable for Zoom meetings, the neighborhood was quiet and was close to groceries, gas, food and fun.In addition, the price was more than affordable for all this place and area had to offer. Can't wait to come again. "

Wonderful Beach Stay

"If you want a peaceful , close to beach, beach view and well maintained property then look no further. This place has everything if you want to unwind. This place has a beach view and if needed you can just walk over to the inviting ocean. This place also had a swimming pool that my kids loved. There were friendly guards and gated community so it never felt unsafe. The place came with enough beach gear that we used all of it during our stay. The 4 ACs were the best part as it cooled the rooms down within few mins. There are local vendors and food places within 30 min drive, in case you feel the need to shop or eat. Obviously if you need more choices, you can always head down down to other towns or san juan but we loved the local flavors. The owner(Rafael) was super responsive. We had two issues with parking spot and door pin not working. But all was sorted out with little help from Rafael. Overall we had a calm and relaxing stay. We definately would come back again."

"The house was perfect. Had everything we needed. Only hiccup was the master shower knobs was loose. Other then that we had a fabulous time. A double plus because the car rental process was easy and relief process. Thank you again! "

"We had a great time at the property. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our only issue was with the pools on the property; they were not clean and needed repairs. Otherwise, we will definitely use this property again. The owner was accommodating and provided us with quick responses. Awesome! "
