This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the upper level only including two off-street parking spaces. Street parking limited. Tenants reside below and have exclusive access to the garage and backyard.

Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac in the scenic Cliffside Estates, this dog-friendly upper-level home offers stunning mountain views and quick access to trails, downtown Logan, and Utah State University—just 6 minutes away.

Relax in the spacious, open-concept living area with a 75” Sony 4K Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and free cable. Step onto the deck to soak in peaceful views, or fire up the Weber grill for a sunset cookout.

Enjoy memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, coffee, tea, and toiletries. Outdoor adventures await year-round with Cherry Peak and Beaver Mountain nearby. Come experience Life Elevated in Utah!

Two parking spots are available. Parking will be tandem style and located on the side closest to the main front entrance. Map will be provided with reservation.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front entrance doorbell. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
The Bathrooms:
We ask that TOLIET PAPER ONLY is flushed down the toilets. This for both the upkeep of the bathroom itself as well as Logan City sewer systems. Please do NOT flush sanitary napkins, wipes, pads, adult or child diapers or feminine hygiene products down the toilets. We have provided trash cans and trash bags for your convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was amazingly clean. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable and the spa tub was great. This house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was decorated beautifully and we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Very nice place with good location and amenities. Really great communication with listing party and very helpful. We didn’t realize that there were people below us, it was never an issue, just wasn’t aware. We had a great time!

Great location

We were here for meetings that were at the fairgrounds and also in Wellsville the location was very convenient. The house was clean and inviting, the showers were nice and beds were good. We had a baby with us and I maybe would have been less likely to choose this location because there are permanent renters in the basement and I was worried we would keep them up with our noise in nights! Owner and staff were very responsive when we had questions. I would do it again!!!!
