This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the upper level only including two off-street parking spaces. Street parking limited. Tenants reside below and have exclusive access to the garage and backyard.

The Bathrooms:
We ask that TOLIET PAPER ONLY is flushed down the toilets. This for both the upkeep of the bathroom itself as well as Logan City sewer systems. Please do NOT flush sanitary napkins, wipes, pads, adult or child diapers or feminine hygiene products down the toilets. We have provided trash cans and trash bags for your convenience.
