"I'm already the fifth time in this hotel. Honestly, I prefer this hotel then the most reputed Andel hotel. It has a special atmosphere. The Ambassador Hotel is in the center of the City, close to all City attractions. I love the swimming pool with the water beaches. Two saunas are excellent. What I love most is the lady beautician. She always manages to make me look 10 years younger and she's incredibly nice. "

"Very nice hotel with big rooms, good restaurant. Very clean. Lot of choice for breakfast + sandwich already prepared on the way. Sauna open late until 10pm. Perfect value for money. The only minus is hotel paid parking on the back of the building however, a lot of cheap street parking spots in the front of the building."

"We picked this for its quirkiness, but the furnishings in the room were in pretty bad condition. When you sat on the mattress it was so thin you could feel the slats of the bed underneath it. There was a throne style chair in the room that had lost all it's padding and you just sank down onto the flat bottom. The shower was also not in great condition, but at least the water temperature was good. With a bit of TLC this property could be really great! The breakfast was a good spread and was...

"Receptionist was very kind, check-in was fine. Carpets in rooms were not very clean, spots from coffee or whatever. Bathroom was clean. Coffee machine in lobby does not have pricelist, not clear how much cost cup of coffee or cup of tea. Next booking was very difficult to cancel. Message popped out saying that kind of system mistake. Overall stay was ok."

"The first room had a problem with broken light and a plastic bag in the closet that looked the previous guest left. I changed the room and, the second room had another problem with heating system. My family and I had been cold all the night, even though the lady from reception gave me a small heater."
