"Nice hotel, good room. In the middle of nowhere though. And extremely noisy with parties at night (every night!)"

"Poor Service standards , Terrible customer service , terrible property management , no facilities , poor food. Not worth the money at all. If you are going for leisure/ weekend getaway- not recommended as you will be occupied in dealing with them for small things and needs. Very poor management "

"Nothing more than experience."

"Staff from manger down to security guard was very friendly and very very understanding and always willing to help. Sangeeta at the check in made check in process very smooth. "

"Not happy with services, breakfast also ok"

"The property was under construction and we were not informed so, it was just not convenient to be there with young family. "

"Room wasn't ready upon arrival even though the arrival was slightly later than the actual prescribed check-in time. Some room amenities were missing like slippers. Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't. "

"It’s more for a stopover for weddings held at the venue . Not a holiday stay . Bathroom too small and bedding needs changing . "

"Third rate rooms with old, ugly looking furniture, poor internet connection. Lousy service. No one at front desk in late evening or early morning—staff are sleeping and don’t like waking up. Photos on website are deceiving in making rooms look better than they are. "

"Spotless room, cooperative staff"

"Clean and convenient "

"Room conditions are ok, staff is fine. Main problem is bathrooms are not comfortable. There are lots of constructions noise around as windows are not properly sealed. I don't recommend this hotel stay for foreigners. Food was fine. "

"Loved stay at this property. At request, they allowed early check in for elderly couple. Thanks !🙏🇮🇳"
