"Check in at 3 - no front desk, you get a text (which I didn’t) so into 10x10 room with a wall of boxes containing keys - had to press ring bell which connected us to a nice helpful lady (Tracey) in Winnipeg … this kind of check-in so impersonal & not for these Seniors … It’s a refurbed motel - clean & nice enuf tho mattress too soft, toilet in 120 crooked & tight … has a bar fridge, Keurig coffee & microwave; we parked in front of our room. We had a nice view of the Lake & appreciated Adirondack chairs out front. Nice restaurant (Harbourage) just next door"

"We used this property as a little getaway after our group was done work in Fort Frances every day. Wonderful view of the lake from the back deck, and the cabin was very nice. I will definitely go back in the future."

"This property was lovely - great location - close to the water/dock. Close enough to town when more bait was needed. Far enough out - quiet, relaxing. The owner went above and beyond when an item got left behind to ensure it got shipped back to us.For us, personally - a family of four - one adult child and a teenager, this was a bit small for our situation. We brought food for the week and the fridge was small for what we had.We would consider staying again with modifications to our food planning."
