"Clean room Good breakfast"

"6 day stay. Myself and my wife. Clean studio, staff was friendly, main two complaints were 1-the noise from the mechanical room could be heard basically all night just non stop. 2- the pillows were the most decrepit sacks of cotton I’ve ever had in my life. "Great stop for the price."

"Very clean old Florida decor. Staff very courteous and efficient. Beach view a great extra. Definitely will be back!"

"I always have the best time and relaxation when I go to this property. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for all you do to make us feel at home"

The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...
