"I stay in lots of hotels and this by far was one of the best stays-a warm welcome from the reception with a live Harpist, then with a choice of Prosecco, wine, whiskey -then got to my room-beautiful-tall ceilings, beautiful decor, fresh eucalpytus in my shower, Lottie alarm clock, chilled water in recycled metal containers, couple all of that with complimentary Lyft to dinner-woke the next morning, smiley receptionist again-coffee, newspaper and my car at the ready! Perfect ! I'll be back-highly recommend-service and comforts exceptional!"

"I wanted to share my feedback on the unit I recently stayed in. Overall, I found it to be spacious and clean, and the city views from the 8th and 23rd floor were fantastic. I was also very impressed with the fitness center. I did notice a couple of minor issues. The bed frame seemed to have some loose slats that made a bit of noise, and there was an area of frayed carpet that exposed a sharp tack strip. While not a major problem, it could potentially be a safety concern. On a more positive note, I absolutely loved the scent in the lobby! It was quite unique, and I tried to find out what it was and where I could purchase it, but unfortunately, no one I spoke with knew the details. Using the elevator was a bit tricky, but thankfully, we were usually able to follow a resident who knew how to operate it. The location was very convenient, just a couple of short blocks from Union Station and directly across the street from a Whole Foods Market. "
