"Fantastic hotel! From check in to check out and everything in between- absolutely smashing! Staff were really lovely, genuinely pleasant, efficient and helpful. Rooms were beautiful, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Beds/pillows are very comfy, bathroom is a dream- products smell lovely and a great power shower. Theres a lovely outside courtyard area. We would/will return here without hesitation. Hotel is perfectly placed for train station and castle and city centre. Thank you again :)"
