"Ming was there to welcome us, and introduce her housekeeper Socorro who proved to be a very delightful, accommodating person. Fortunately, our group spoke enough Spanish collectively to get along with Socorro. The breakfasts and a couple of dinners were very well prepared. Overall, we were satisfied with the Holiday House. "We had a great stay at Jorges place. We stayed there for 4 nights with my family, brother in law and his friend. The house met all the expectations with plenty of room for everyone and basic amenities including coffee which is nice. Only about 15 minutes away from downtown Oaxaca by taxi in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We mainly used the house to rest up after being out and about. " A bit of an ole time place but clean beds and bathroom. No AC but they offered a pretty powerful stand up fan and open windows had screens. The lady in reception was very pleasant and friendly. Easy walk to the center, the artesian markets and area arqueológica made location great. "
