"Lovely cabin, equipped with everything we needed for a couple of nights. No towels, but we knew that as communication beforehand was really good. The area is lovely, with horses on the premises and great walking around."

"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "

Beautifully situated to give amazing views while also giving you quiet. Love my neighbours entertaining me - the wonderful animals on the property 😃 will definitely be back again ❤️"

"Last lodge right at the end next to the river one side and duck pond the other. Surprisingly warm inside with the little fire and rads. Great amenities and would recommend!"

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). The outside space was so private and had a fantastic view over the fields and to the hills beyond. Our favourite thing was sitting out at night by the fire pit and relaxing, looking up at the stars. "Stayed in a different cabin than advertised, had no hot water for showering or washing up the whole stay, nothing done despite numerous attempts contacting the owner."

"We enjoyed the stay at the cabin. Its very nice and quiet. The location is perfect, Wales is just down the road and Oswestry is not far. Heads up to anyone who wants to use the hot tub, make sure to switch it on a few hours in advance to ensure its nicely heated up."

"Our stay at the Bryn Eiddon lodge was amazing, the views were unreal and is located in a very peaceful and private area. The lodge has everything you need, everything was clean and functioned perfectly. We loved it (especially our pup) and will definitely be returning!"
