"A well located lodge on the edge of the holiday park site, not overlooked. It is a small lodge and good for a short break. The beds were comfy and the shower hot, kitchen well appointed though no dish washer. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working (not broadcasting SSID) even after a reboot, yet no complaints as strong 4G signal on phone. Overall an enjoyable stay in a peaceful location."

"We got put into a different property than the one in the pictures however it was a lovely spacious place to stay. It had a balcony with a roof so we could sit out even in the rain. It had an inflatable hot tub which was different to the one in the pictures as the one in the pictures was a normal hot tub however this wasn’t an issue. "Lovely cabin, equipped with everything we needed for a couple of nights. No towels, but we knew that as communication beforehand was really good. The area is lovely, with horses on the premises and great walking around."

"The location and area are absolutely stunning. On arrival however there was no water or electricity, this was sorted quickly though. The cabin could have been cleaner and for colder nights could benefit from more heating. As above though the scenery and views are incredible."

"We had a really fantastic night at the Shepherds Hut! Its a truly stunning setting and very well appointed little hut, the gas fire is great and the underfloor heating gives some real comfort! A few improvements in regards to communication, location details and a welcome book with instructions for the fire, local information etc would really raise this to the PERFECT destination!
